FAYE KRAUSE, MS, MED, RDN

Faye believes in a non-diet, small step approach to lifestyle change and uses practical examples and hands-on education to help people of all ages reach their nutrition and fitness goals. She takes a food first approach and understands that all foods can fit in a healthy diet. Faye’s goal is to help you establish and maintain a healthy relationship with food and take the stress out of eating. Letting go of the deprivation mentality frees you to choose foods that you enjoy while nourishing your body and energizing your days.

Faye is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, licensed facilitator for the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program, and owner of Energized Intentions. Faye earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship through the University of Northern Colorado in 2012. In addition, she holds a Master of Science in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion from George Mason University. Faye was a high school science teacher and administrator for 19 years before deciding to follow her passion for educating others about optimal health through food and nutrition.
