Nor will we promise you a quick fix or try to sell you a pill or potion to solve all of your nutrition and fitness challenges. What you WILL find is sound, accurate nutrition and fitness information and practical ways to incorporate this information into your busy lifestyle.

This program has taught me how to make better food choices, make small incremental changes, read food labels, increase my activity level, eat mindfully, and enjoy the foods I like but do so in moderation. What I liked most about the program was having Faye’s extensive knowledge whenever I needed it. She would give me additional resources for further reading. I travel a lot for my job so having Faye’s guidance was immensely helpful in making better meal choices when I am at restaurants.
Faye reviewed my blood labs to help me hone in on dietary changes that I needed to make. Because consistency was an issue for me, she would give me one or two things to focus on each week. Faye came to my house to go over the food items in my refrigerator and pantry to help me make better food choices. She also met me at the supermarket I frequent and we reviewed what I wanted to buy and she showed me other items to consider.

When I started this program, I was looking to improve my relationship with food. Going through the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program helped me understand things about my eating habits that even I, as a super introspective and self-critical person, hadn’t noticed before. There were numerous strategies for improving one’s relationship with food that made so much intuitive sense, but simply being reminded of them in a more concrete way made them easier to implement in practice. Faye is a great teacher/healthy living journey partner and really made this program work for me. The information itself was great, but it takes a professional you trust and enjoy working with to make the biggest impact on your life. I really appreciated her personalized approach to the program, making sure to not just go by the book, but supplement my sessions with other topics I was interested in. The flexibility of the program in terms of Faye’s availability via text and in-person was also key. The only obstacle that would have prevented me from buying this program is the cost. That being said, I certainly don’t think the price was unreasonable, but my apprehension was more of a result of being a younger person without a huge amount of disposable income. However, paying for a program was also a draw for me. Having some money in the game definitely made it easier to commit and it was totally worth it in the end. I would definitely recommend this program to my friends and family. I think anyone can benefit from it, especially keeping in mind that it can be personalized to your unique needs.
